# Character Class Avatars

Players navigate and engage with the world through uniquely generated player character avatar NFTs. These avatars have a huge variety of cosmetic appearances, so that no two characters are ever identical. Each avatar that is created has a set of pre-determined set of stats and skills, that will affect their optimum play style. This allows for social and team play, with different players coming together to deal with the challenges they face. 

There are a number of different skills and attributes that are part of a player's character when starting their journey. These include traditional MMO archetype skills for tanks, healers and damage dealers, and additional new skills based on Elumia lore. During play, characters can gain experience and levels, and upgrade their power.There are a number of different skills and attributes that are part of a player's character when starting their journey. There are currently 3 Classes in Elumia - **Champion, Battlemage** and **Archer**
